This five-day camping experience offers only the very best that the Y has to offer with accessible, state-of the art facilities to ensure your child's comfort and well-being while away from home.  All of our session programs (number 1 through 5) are for campers between the ages of 6 - 15 years old. Our Chickadees program is a condensed camp week and has been designed to give younger campers a taste of overnight camping. This program is for campers between the ages of 5 - 12 years old.

Family Camp – August 27 – 31

The price per week is $595 plus tax and our Chickadees week is $480 plus tax.  For Family Camp, families of 3 or fewer are $700 plus tax and families of 4 - 6 are $850 plus tax. **

*Leadership sessions will also run during session 3 and session 5 for campers between the ages of 13-15 years old. 

**Are you a member? Our YMCA members save on our camping experiences. The member price for one week at Camp Henry is $525 or $430  plus tax if you attend our Chickadees week.  For Family Camp, families of 3 or less are $650 plus tax and families of 4 - 6 are $800 plus tax.

Once your camper is registered, please complete a Camper Health History Form and email it to one week prior to your child's arrival at camp.

Drop-off & Pick-up

Camp begins Sunday afternoon and runs until Friday evening. Drop-off for campers is Sunday afternoon between 3-5pm and camper pick-up is on Friday evening between 4-6pm.  This means you can spend the whole weekend with your child and hear all about their awesome camping experience!


Transportation is available for all camping sessions, with the exception of Family Camp. Buses are available at three locations:

  • London – Wortley YMCA offices at 165 Elmwood Ave E
  • Chatham – YMCA 101 Courthouse Lane
  • Windsor – YMCA and Central Park Athletics at 3400 Grand Marais Rd

Buses will be picking up campers on arrival day (Sundays and Monday, August 7) at 2pm in London and 3pm in Windsor and Chatham.  Drop-off on Friday afternoons will be at 6pm in London and 5pm in Windsor and Chatham.

Bus to or from camp is $50 (plus tax) per camper. Return transportation is $100 (plus tax) per camper.


Is there Financial Assistance available?

Camp Henry is committed to providing camp experiences for everyone, so no matter where you’re from and who you are, you belong here. Through the YMCA Strong Kids program, Camp Henry is able to provide financial assistance to families who are unable, but not unwilling, to pay the full camp fee.

The level of assistance is based on your need and differs for each family. To apply, all you need you to do is fill out the Assistance Application form along with a camp registration form.
